I never placed my order because this has never happened before.
It is a good pruduct nice and blades are sharp enough but unfortunately i didn't need it , so i returned the item . The returning process was quick, so highly recommend this product to those want to spend the same amount.

Mediability in performance and quality.
Small grid is useless. It is not sharp. Needs excessive force and grid keeps coming of from its lot. I bought this to make cooking easier not harder. It doesn't even cut through cabbage.
